·   Every agency is valid up to 3 years.

·   Minimum target to M P K B Y Agents, is 100 new R. D. accounts and minimum Rs. 15,000/- Collection per month for corporation area & 50 new R. D. accounts and minimum Rs. 5,000/- Collection per month for other area.

·   S A S Agents, must be required to achieve minimum collection fixed for Incentives, which is declared by the government on time to time.

·   P P F Agents, must be required to open 50 new accounts for corporation area & 30 new accounts for other, every year.

 

Security deposit in shape of 6 years national savings certificate for every agents

 

   All agents require to submit proposal for renewal to authorities before 45 days in any case.

Incentives To Agents

 

    Incentive is payable to S. A. S. / M. P. K. B. Y. agents. GOVT & Semi GOVT Offices / School / Collages / Companies / Etc. having Pay Roll Groups are entitle for incentives on the yearly collection since From 1st of April To 31st of March every year.

      The Rates of incentives are fixed by GOVT of Maharastra on time to time. No incentive is payable to P. P. F. agents.

      GOVT of Maharastra finance department Commissioner of Small Savings & State Lottery announced minimum / maximum collection ratio for the year 2004-2005 area wise as detailed below :-

District Incentives Grants

                    

Grants are the received from the Government on the achievement of yearly small savings target for the development of the district and the said grants allowayes being distributed amongst the Zillaparishad, Panchayat samities,

Municipal councils on the population basic other than government employees share. On the terms & conditions regarding utilization of grants.

 

For the Year 2000 –2001,2003 – 2004 & 2004 – 2005 in which District Small Savings Target were completed & District Incentive Grants are yet to be received.

 

For Small Savings Publicity grants (10%) received from the government are as under.
